Learn From The Best in the Nation
Laurie Craig, co-founder of our massage therapy school near Atlanta, is the 2007 recipient of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) National Teacher of The Year award and the 2011 American Massage Conference National Educator of the Year award. She is the only recipient ever honored with two prestigious national awards for massage instruction. Our other co-founder, Rick Garbowski, has spent the past twenty years training some of the top massage therapists in massage schools across the country. His ability to simplify and demonstrate various massage techniques for students of all learning styles is unsurpassed by most educators in the massage therapy field.
Students are able to use their newfound knowledge of anatomy (as only Laurie can present it) as a basis for learning all of the massage therapy techniques presented by Rick.
Experience Daily Contact with the School Owners
Owners Laurie Craig and Rick Garbowski are the primary teachers for the majority of your program. Other experienced healthcare professionals will also be utilized to broaden your business and massage therapy education at our Atlanta-area campus.
Receive Premium Value for Your Education Investment
Corporate structure dictates that the “bottom line” comes first. So, at most massage schools, decision making favors increased profits, which usually comes at the expense of the student. We've created a massage therapy school that supports our students, as opposed to the students supporting the school. Our system allows us to offer you the highest quality, most enjoyable massage therapy education available at any of the massage schools in Georgia, but at an affordable price.
Enjoy Learning in a Comfortable Environment
The spacious 1,200-sq/ft massage room and 750-sq/ft lecture space at our massage therapy school in Atlanta eliminates the need for our students to set up and break down heavy tables and stacks of chairs on a daily basis. Enhanced images produced by our digital light projectors bring lessons to life and amplify your ability to actively participate in and enjoy the learning process. Learning and retention are best achieved by balancing work and fun in the classroom.
"Over the last 20 years I've had the great fortune to teach all across this country and meet educators from dozens of massage training programs. I have known Laurie Craig and Rick Garbowski personally for over two decades and watched them both demonstrate a track record of outstanding accomplishments. I can state without reservation that they are two of the best educators that I have yet come across in our field. I am sure they will use their vast talents and abilities to make Georgia Massage School a great success."
